Train The Trainers
Train The Trainers is a seminar for people who want to strengthen their facilitation and communication skills with individuals, groups, or teams of people. It is for business leaders, facilitators, coaches or anyone whose effectiveness depends on the ability to work with groups or teams or if you are coaching individuals.
1. Learn to work with people in a deep and profound way to facilitate transformational breakthrough.
2. Discover and practice “reading” a group or audience, and create the most effective exercises, lectures, and discussions to create maximum value. Be more flexible and confident in discussion with participants.
3. Explore ways to work with groups of people who are resistant or apathetic using this energy in a positive way.
4. Delivering powerful content is not enough. We will shed new light how group interaction affects the participant’s commitment to put the material into action. We will also discuss how to use the language of action and the language of declaration, often overlooked, but a critical piece in forward momentum and long-term results.
5. Participant’s will learn a series of extraordinary experiential exercises that can be used to create powerful results in individuals and teams. Participants can use these exercises in any number of situations and with many different types of clients.
6. Explore and understand the difference between a teacher, motivational speaker and a facilitator so that these can be combined in the most effective ways.
7. Meet and network with others who are interested in learning and making a bigger difference with their groups or teams.
8. Learn ways to market and promote yourself, work with purpose driven teams or set up powerful training seminars.

Additional training: Participants can to return and act as staff/coaches for any following Train the Trainers programs at a cost of $395.00.
We will be developing a Train The Trainers community.
