You are about to take a simple, 10 question relationship questionnaire that will help determine the health of your relationship.  When you click the “Take Quiz” link below, you will be taken from the Black Belt in Relationship site to take the online quiz.

When you complete all 10 questions

Click on the “Grade My Relationship” button and your questionnaire will be scored.

You will see a graphic that looks like this:

The scoring graphic will show you your total score (out of a possible 26 points), your score as a percentage, and show you how you scored on each question.

1 Note your score above the scoring gauge. You will need to remember this number when you return to the results page.

2.  See your relationship health %. This is your score as a percentage.

3.  Click on Give Me More. This will return you to the results page where you can learn more about your score (don’t forget to jot down your score before clicking the link).
