About the Founders

Patrick Dean

Patrick H. Dean is a well known speaker and seminar leader.  He has twenty-eight years experience in the field of leadership, team building, relationship and human development.

He conducts seminars, workshops and long term team building projects. He is the owner and founder of Seminar Systems Inc., a business dedicated to the design and delivery of results-oriented training for business and individuals.

Mr. Dean was employed with the General Dynamics Corporation as a Human Resource Specialist before owning his own business. He has an undergraduate degree from San Diego State University and a Masters Degree in Psychology.

He is the author and editor of a book titled “Love Made Visible”, a book of quotes, sayings and stories about human transformation.

Mr. Dean has worked extensively in Asia and Europe as well as Canada and the USA. He has assisted in the building of three multimillion dollar seminars businesses.

He is most noted for his ability to create forward-moving, motivated and committed individuals and teams.

Nancy Dean

Nancy L. Dean is co-owner and principle developer of the Blackbelt in Relationship(TM) seminar series. Nancy also works closely with Patrick Dean in the design and delivery of long term goal oriented team and leadership training.

Nancy Dean is a master coach. She is a well respected instructor and teacher in the human potential movement. She is also a world renown expert in Teen Leadership Training.

Mrs. Dean has had an extensive background in marketing as well as teaching.

Nancy has been involved in a wide range of training and coaching situations. Her background in corporate development and facilitating team organization and leadership seminars has made her a much sought after consultant and speaker.

Nancy has studied a wide range of academic, spiritual and psychological disciplines and brings twenty-seven years of experience as a consultant, coach, trainer and business owner.

Her most recent efforts have been in  the training of trainers and the development of youth programs for existing seminar companies and nonprofit organizations.

She has also taken on numerous projects in Africa with teams of committed leaders.
